Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

  • The submitted paper must be a novel, unpublished research work.
  • Use either British or American English throughout the manuscript (not both).
  • Ensure that the paper is thoroughly proofread for grammar and spelling errors before submission. Non-native English speakers are encouraged to seek help from a native speaker.
  • All figures and tables must be high quality, clearly numbered, and referred to appropriately within the text.
  • The manuscript should be prepared using Springer’s official templates (LaTeX or Microsoft Word). Templates can be accessed via the authors' page: [Click here].
  • Springer allows the inclusion of ORCID iDs and embedded videos in proceedings papers.

Submission and Review Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the CMT platform (Submission Link). For any issues during submission, contact: detis.conference@gmail.com.
  • Each paper will undergo a peer review by the Scientific Committee. Based on the evaluation, authors will receive a notification of acceptance, revision, or rejection via email.
  • Authors must revise and resubmit their papers based on reviewer feedback, if required.

Paper Length and License Agreement

  • After final acceptance, authors must sign and submit the License-to-Publish form in PDF format. The corresponding author must have full authority to sign on behalf of all co-authors.

Ethical Responsibilities and Plagiarism Policy

  • Authors must adhere to Springer’s Code of Conduct and publication ethics.
  • The plagiarism limit is strictly below 10% (excluding references), and AI-generated content is not allowed.
  • Reusing text, data, or images from any source—including the authors’ own work—without citation is considered plagiarism.
  • All quoted or reused material must be properly cited and referenced.
  • Any detected plagiarism or data/image manipulation will lead to rejection or post-publication retraction.

Copyright and Use of Third-Party Content

  • Authors are solely responsible for obtaining permissions to reuse any third-party content.
  • If material from a previous edition is reused, new permission must be obtained.
  • All documentation and payments (if applicable) for content rights must be managed by the authors.
